Terms of Use
Updated October 28, 2026
NRLC Training is where the National Railway Labor Conference (NRLC) runs its training programs for employees of its member railroads: registration, the program’s schedule, hotel and materials, and feedback. These terms set out the few things we ask of you. By registering or signing in, you agree to them.
The short version
- NRLC reviews every registration, and refunds the fee if it can’t accept one.
- Program materials are for you and your railroad. Don’t pass them on further without asking.
- Your sign-in is yours alone.
- Questions go to mmaratto@rrnrlc.org.
Registering and paying
Programs are for employees of NRLC’s member railroads, and registration is by the link NRLC sends. The fee is paid by card through Stripe when you register, or by someone else at your railroad through a payment link; a seat isn’t held until it’s paid. NRLC reviews every registration. If we can’t accept yours, we refund your fee in full.
To cancel, or to send a colleague in your place, contact Jeanie Barrere at jbarrere@rrnrlc.org. [Open: refund policy for cancellations, Jeanie]
Your account
Sign in only as yourself, and don’t share a sign-in code. Please don’t try to reach parts of the site you haven’t been given, test its security, or download from it with automated tools.
Program materials
The materials belong to NRLC or the presenters who wrote them. Use them for the program and your work at your railroad, and share them within your railroad only with people who need them. Check with NRLC before sharing anything further. Some exercise files are for one team; please don’t show them to other teams before the exercise is over.
Antitrust
The programs are about collective bargaining. Don’t use them, or this site, to share or discuss rates, prices, service, customers or other competitive matters between railroads.
Surveys
Your feedback helps NRLC and the presenters improve the program. An anonymous survey keeps no record of who answered; a named one does, and the Privacy Notice says who sees it.
The fine print
NRLC owns the site. We work hard to get programs and materials right, but the site comes as is: we can’t promise it’s error-free or always available, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses from using it. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Questions
Write to mmaratto@rrnrlc.org, including if you think someone has used your sign-in or you’ve received something you shouldn’t have.
